Impressive Performances at the Final City Stars' Tryout of 2009

Rod Underwood and StaffTryoutsThe second round of open tryouts were held over the weekend at Krenzler Field. The talented group of hopefuls opened some eyes during the tryout by showing off with impressive individual moves and sound displays of soccer throughout the two Friday sessions.

"The talent at our first tryout was some of the best that we've seen and this weekend's group was right there in terms of numbers and ability," said CCS Director of Soccer Operations Kevin Carpenter. "It was great to see the turnout and we feel as though we may have some legitimate options to choose from in the future."
